Lay Carmelites
The Lay Carmelites of the Carmelite Third Order is an association of people who wish to share in the life and spirit of the Carmelite Order. They meet the first Monday of the month at 7:00 PM in the church hall. For further information please call Michael Facelle.
Parish Lending Library
The Parish Library is a religious lending library. It is not staffed but is open any time the church hall is open, and is self-serve. Books and audio-visual materials may be signed out anytime. There are no due dates and no fees. The parishioner writes in the date of borrowing and returning the materials. Magazines are free and are not to be returned. The purpose is to make it possible for parishioners to share helpful books, magazines, CD's, DVD's, cassettes and VHS tapes with the entire parish. The library is located adjacent to the church hall. It can be reached by use of the stairs or elevator upon entering the church from the parking lot. There are children's books in the sitting area along with the audio-visual materials. Parishioners wishing to donate books and audio-visual materials may leave them in the basket adjacent to the hexagonal shaped desk. These materials will then be catalogued for use. Announcements about particular library items that may be of interest to the parishioners are placed on the library bulletin board or in the church bulletin.

The Transfiguration Seniors meet twice a month for the purpose of enjoying the companionship of others, as well as enhancing their lives. The bi-monthly meetings offer members the opportunity to interact with a large group of people, as well as having the option of traveling to various places that would be difficult to visit alone. Each year the seniors have a number of "in-house" luncheons on special holidays such as St. Patrick's and Columbus Day. During the Thanksgiving holiday season, the seniors take this opportunity to celebrate 50th wedding anniversaries as well as 80th birthdays. Also, the group arranges for two social breakfasts each year, in which the members are treated by the seniors at a local diner.
This club is open to all women of the parish. Among its duties is the weekly care of the sanctuary, especially the linens and the altar. The club also hosts the Sunday morning coffee hours and conducts an annual fundraiser. The club grants a scholarship to a parishioner's child attending the parish school. It provides for the social and spiritual needs of its members. The contact person for the club is Marge Murphy.
